1. Orders & Payment

• All orders must be paid in full before dispatch or workshop confirmation.

• Prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

• Payment methods: [card payments or bank transfers].

2. Shipping & Delivery (Craft Kits & Physical Products)

• Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to postal services.

• Please check your address carefully; we’re not responsible for incorrect addresses.

• UK flat rate shipping: £3.50, free shipping on orders over £40.

3. Returns & Refunds

Craft Kits / Physical Products

• Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused and in original packaging.

• Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Digital Downloads

• Non-refundable once accessed, opened, or downloaded.

• Contact us if you experience technical issues — we’ll provide a working download link.

Workshops

• Cancel 7+ days before → full refund or transfer.

• Cancel <7 days → booking transferable to another person, no refund.

• If we cancel a workshop → full refund or rebook.

4. Workshops & Safety

• Attend workshops at your own risk.

• Follow all safety instructions provided.

• Photos may be taken for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise.

5. Intellectual Property

• All patterns, designs, and instructions are for personal use only.

• Copying, sharing, or selling our designs is prohibited.
