Dates & Availability
Private groups may request alternative dates or times, subject to availability.
If your preferred date has no existing bookings, I can block it off exclusively for your group.
Weekdays are usually the most flexible.
Weekend availability is more limited and books up quickly.
Group Size & Booking Requirements
To keep things fair and sustainable, private bookings require:

Minimum group size:
4–6 people minimum
Using Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are very welcome for private groups.
✔ Vouchers can be:
Used towards a scheduled public workshop, or
Put towards a private group booking
If multiple people have vouchers, they can be combined for one group experience.
Mini Spa Retreat – Private Groups
The Spa + Hot Tub workshop is particularly popular for private groups.
A private spa booking includes:
Making your own luxury spa products
A 30-minute hot tub soak per person
A relaxed, unhurried pace
Because of the nature of the experience:
Availability is limited
Advance booking is recommended
Booking Rules
All workshops must be pre-booked
Private group dates are confirmed once availability and payment terms are agreed
Changes are subject to availability
If a public workshop is already booked, that date cannot be converted to private
