🧵 Craft Kits & Physical Products

We want you to love your purchase!
If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return in line with UK consumer law.

To be eligible for a refund:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

• You then have 14 days to return the item to us.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund within 5 working days.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method (excluding any postage costs).

🧵 Return postage:
You’ll be responsible for return postage unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged or there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo so we can put it right quickly.

💻 Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital downloads are non-refundable once the file has been accessed, opened, or downloaded.

If you experience any technical issues accessing your digital files, please get in touch — we’ll make sure you receive a working download link.

🎨 Workshops & Events

Cancellations made:

• 7+ days before the workshop → full refund or option to transfer to another date.

• Less than 7 days before → we’re unable to offer a refund, but you may transfer your place to a friend if you can no longer attend.

If a workshop has to be cancelled by us (for example, due to illness or unforeseen circumstances), you’ll receive a full refund or the choice to rebook for a future date.
